As the first full-time marketing hire, you’ll build upon the early foundation and lead marketing execution across the board. This role is ideal for a high-performing individual contributor who’s ready to take full ownership of demand generation, content strategy, event marketing, and brand presence — all while collaborating closely with sales, customer success, and product.ResponsibilitiesWebsite Ownership: Manage and evolve the company website as the central marketing asset, in collaboration with design and development resources.Content Marketing: Develop and own the content calendar. Write and manage blogs, case studies, landing pages, and customer-facing assets.Campaign Execution: Run digital and outbound campaigns using HubSpot and other tools. Support email workflows, drip sequences, and reporting.Product & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales to create high-converting assets such as one-pagers, product announcements, and customer communications.Event Marketing: Own planning and execution for in-person and virtual events — from booth design and swag to logistics and vendor coordination.Social & Brand: Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence. Amplify thought leadership and strengthen brand awareness.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams with asset creation and other marketing materials.Design: Light design work and familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar is a plus.
